About the Film: A short documentary for an organization that provides headstones to deceased Blues Musicians lying in unmarked graves and while making it I realized how little credit the Blues and its musicians have been given for their massive contribution to society. I then watched every Blues documentary I could find and what I noticed was that there had been numerous documentaries on the history of the Blues, countless biographical documentaries and live concert movies, but there has yet to be a documentary that focused on the impact the Blues has had on our culture. Now there has.
